Parkwest Casino Cordova Player Rewards Program (“Program”) offers financial incentives to Program members. You will need to complete an application form and agree to the Program Rules and Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy to take advantage of the Program. Program members accumulate points based on the game they play and the size of the wagers they make; each hour in any game will accrue points in the player’s account. Automated License Place Recognition System
We use automated license plate recognition (ALPR) system technology at the entrances and exits of parking areas. We use this technology to ensure the security of our facility and cooperate with law enforcement in investigating criminal activity.
The following employees and independent contractors are authorized to use or access the ALPR system or collect ALPR information: Security Managers and Supervisors, Surveillance Department, and IT Managers.
To ensure the security of ALPR information and compliance with applicable laws, we require all employees and independent contractors who are authorized to use or access the ALPR system or to collect ALPR information to complete training upon hire and then annually with the ALPR vendor. To ensure the security of ALPR information, users are logged in with personal accounts to ensure a proper audit trail.
We do not sell or share ALPR information. We do transfer ALPR information, as necessary, to law enforcement insurance companies, and FLOCK Safety when necessary to detect or investigate security incidents, to protect against malicious or illegal activity and prosecute those responsible, and to defend or prosecute legal claims.
Reasonable measure to ensure the accuracy of the ALPR information includes using two LPR systems that tie into our archive and review. The software also has an accuracy score and the original image.
ALPR information will be retained for up to 60 days. We may retain data for longer if required by relevant federal, state and local recordkeeping laws; if applicable, statutes of limitations for claims to which the information may be relevant; or if there are legal preservation of evidence obligations. We apply our data retention procedures on an annual basis to determine if the business purposes for collecting the personal information, and legal reasons for retaining the personal information, have both expired. If so, we will purge the information in a secure manner.
The title of the custodian or owner of the ALPR system responsible for implementing this policy is the Surveillance Manager.
